The Jackson TempStar HH-E Door-type High Hood Uses an efficient 0.72 gallons (2.73 liters) of 180F (82C) water per rack. The total automatic (normal) cycle time is only 60 seconds and it can wash up to 55 racks per hour. The unit is 20-3/4 wide X 27 high and its opening accommodates 18 X 26 sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls. Its Sani-Sure feature assures proper rinse water temperature. The multi-cycle timer comes in handy for varying loads- Extra Heavy, Heavy, Medium, Normal. Constructed with durable stainless steel, its split-door design accommodates installations with low ceiling heights.
