FMP

In 1918, Franklin Machine Products, Inc. (FMP) was founded in New York City by Bernard Lutsky as a small shop manufacturing specialty components for commercial coffee urns. By the 1930's, FMP was primarily a manufacturer of specialty plumbing fittings for the foodservice industry. With the repeal of prohibition, FMP's beer faucet became an instant success and the company grew as restaurant construction increased due to the recovering economy. In 1975, FMP released the industry's most extensive parts and accessories catalog creating FMP's tagline, "We Wrote the Book on Kitchen Parts and Accessories," which is still true today.
