Vulcan VBP15-1E1ZN Holding / Transport Cabinet has a 15 sheet pan capacity and holds 18 by 26 inch, 12 by 20 inch or a combination of both adjustable on 1-1/2 inch centers. Includes 10 pairs of adjustable slides. And features simple knob actuated electronic control with digital display for holding at temperatures of up to 190F. The blower motor provides gentle and even temperature distribution.
Constructed with side mounted push handles, recessed control panel, 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior.One year limited parts and labor warranty. After the first year,
