It is made with heavy gauge impact resistant 3004 aluminum and has a double thick bottom that heats evenly and eliminates hot spots. The wider diameter and lower sides provide a greater surface area for preparing soups, stews and sauces. The solid welded aluminum handles are great for durability and easy interior cleaning.
