Make uniformly slicing tomatoes a breeze with this InstaSlicer by Vollrath. The 12 blade, 1/4 inch scalloped blades allow slicing of tomatoes without 'pre-scoring' the skin. The detachable table stop assures processor will stay in place during use while the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. The Hardcoat pusher head fingers resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. The blade assembly pops in / out for easy cleaning and maintenance. Works on mushrooms, strawberries and oranges as well.
