Its high capacity, factory balanced refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for the best in food preservation. It is fully equipped with a state of the art, electronically commutated evaporator (ECM) and condenser fan motors. ECM motors operate at higher peak efficiencies and move a more consistent volume of air which produces less heat, reduces energy consumption, and provides greater motor reliability. The left-sided condensing unit is accessed from behind the front grill and slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance. The factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Its exterior is stainless steel in the front, sides and countertop with matching aluminum in the back. The interior has LED lighting, a stainless steel floor with a 1/2" (13 mm) reinforced lip, and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls. It is fully welded with a heavy duty steel frame rail, and black powder coating for corrosion protection. The door threshold protector prevents damage to the cabinet from routine loading of product. The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using a high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). This unit has "Low-E", double pane thermal glass doors assembled with extruded aluminum frames- the latest in energy efficient technology. Each door is fitted with a 12" (305 mm) long handle. The magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools for ease of cleaning. The doors come with standard locks.
