True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the sides and front. The sides, top and back are made of durable anodized aluminum. The (1) door left hinged freezer has a positive self sealing close to provide a tight seal. There is a lifetime guarantee on the door hinges and torsion type closure system.
Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream, the T-23F boasts an extra large evaporator coil to maintain -10F (-23.3 C) cabinet temperatures. With a capacity of 23 cubic feet, the cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, interior lighting and covered corners. The (3) adjustable heavy duty shelves are PVC coated. The bottom mounted compressor allows air to be drawn from the coolest, most grease free part of the kitchen. Bottom mount also provides a "no-stoop" bottom shelf, and storage on top of the cabinet. 4 inch casters, 1/2 HP, 115v/60/1, 5.5 amps, NEMA 5-15P, 9 foot cord, NSF, CE, MADE IN USA.
