This temperature is ideal for holding both ice cream and frozen foods. Large fan blades move high volumes of air slowly through the cabinet to keep all products consistently cooled. The condensing unit is located at the bottom of the freezer, which is the coolest part of the kitchen where it will be less likely to become clogged with grease. The T-12F includes three PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in 12-inch increments. The efficient defrost system automatically initiates on a timer and shuts off when the system reaches the appropriate temperature, saving you and your kitchen time and energy.
