This heavy duty steel-made wok has an attached handle and can also be used for steaming, deep frying (using less oil than a traditional fryer), braising, stewing or making soup, making this a useful tool for a chefs. This 16 inch Jing-ping wok comes with extra strength steel and a one piece design. The handle is reinforced with sandwiched welding into the pan and the steel made coating will prevent any food sticking. This product is ideal for restaurants, fryers, buffets and more.
