The Taylor 9878E High Precision Waterproof Digital Thermometer provides professional accuracy and performance. This slim thermometer accurately measures between -40° to 500°F (-40 to 260°C). Features an amber backlit 2/5 inch LCD and an FDA recommended 1.5mm step down probe diameter. Thermometer complies with HACCP recalibration requirements and is equipped with a Safe-T-Guard antimicrobial case and sleeve. Hold feature freezes temperature on display when removed from food.
