The Stoelting VB90 Telme Vertical Batch Freezer produces approximately 84 quarts per hour. The two parallel refrigeration systems reduce energy and water consumption. Features a vertically oriented freezing cylinder that provides high capacity and maximum energy efficiency. It facilitates extremely fast freezing times, resulting in very small ice crystal formation. The easy to clean, low cost, NSF approved, long wearing plastic beater blade minimizes frequent and costly blade replacement. The heavy-duty stainless steel beater shaft is built to withstand years of use, while the clear acrylic freezing cylinder cover allows monitoring of product while freezing. Batch freezer provides thorough mixing of variegates and particulates unachievable to horizontal barrels. All controls and indicators are conveniently grouped in a single panel on the front of the freezer. The time / temperature controlled freezing achieves same smooth texture and product consistency across full and partial batches, a feature not possible with consistency controlled freezers.
