The Spring USA 2372-6/36 Sauteuse Induction Buffet Server enhances any restaurant setting by utilizing space with maximum efficiency. This product is made of stainless steel with chrome-plated accents. Compatible with 1-1/4, 2-1/2 or 4 quart capacity inserts. Insert pans sold separately. Server features "AA" All-Angles Axle System, allowing the cover to hold position at virtually any angle. In order to activate the resistance force, the server cover must be opened to a 45 angle, every time the cover is lifted. This buffet server measures at 7 inches tall with a 15-1/4 inch diameter. NSF
