Southbend's Platinum Series P36DBBB heavy duty 36" range has six 35,000 BTU burners and a 26 inch standard oven. This open top range is a versatile cooking solution that is perfect for skillet and stock pot cooking. Features include removable, welded steel top grates, 9-1/4 inch deep front rail, removable drip tray and a 5 inch high stainless steel flue riser. The standard 45,000 BTU oven has a standing pilot, "insta-on" thermostat ranging from 175F to 550F, and includes 2 oven racks. The exterior is constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel front and sides with a porcelain enamel interior oven. This unit measures 41 inches tall by 36 inches wide and 34 inches deep. The oven interior measures 14 inches high by 26 inches wide and 26.5 inches deep. 6 inch stainless steel adjustable legs come standard. CSA, NSF
