Southbend HDG-48 Griddle has a 20,000 BTU burner every 12 inches for a total of 4 burners. Featuring independent, manual controls, battery spark ignition and flame failure safety device. Constructed with a 48 inch wide by 24 inch deep cooking surface, 1 inch thick polished steel plate, stainless steel front, sides, and grease drawer with 4 inch adjustable legs, 80,000 total BTU. A 3/4 rear natural gas connection is standard. CSA, NSF This model is manufactured for commercial installation and is not intended or approved for home use.
