The range top features 33k BTU patented lifetime, non-clog burners, 27 inch deep cooking surface, cast iron grates and 2 removable one piece drip trays. The 35,000 BTU convection oven has a thermostat range of 175F to 550F and 3 racks with 5 position side rails, and a spring assisted, counterweight door.
Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, shelf and 6 inch adjustable legs. This unit measures 48.63 inches wide by 42.13 inches deep and 59.5 inches tall. The oven has a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14 inches high x 26 wide and 24 inches deep. CSA, NSF
