The Robot Coupe R301 ULTRA D Series Combination Food Processor brings two machines in one-a bowl cutter function and a vegetable prep function, saving a lot of room for many kitchens. This food processor runs on a 1.5 horsepower motor with a magnetic safety and motor brake for extra safety precautions. With a single speed of 1725 rpm and on, off and pulse buttons, you are able to process your ingredients with powerful efficiency. The cutter function involves using the 3.5-quart durable stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle, and high resistance smooth blade assembly. The vegetable preparation function features two hoppers: one large, kidney-shaped for bulky vegetables, and one small, cylindrical for a more precise cut. This product includes a S-blade, (27577) a grating disc, (27566) a slicing disc, the stainless steel handled-bowl, and the vegetable prep attachment.
