MagiKitch'n MKG48 Griddle has a 24 inch by 47 3/4 inch flat top, polished chrome cooking surface. It provides quick searing action, better caramelization, fast cook times and better energy efficiency. Every 12 inch section is thermostatically controlled with a 15,000 BTU burner for every 6 inches of griddle space. Features a wide 3.5 inch spatula wide front grease trough with a fully welded grease chute, tapered backsplash and double walled stainless sides.
