Imperial Range IRCM-36 Cheesemelter broiler is what you need for melting cheese on your signature pizzas and sandwiches or just to finish off your dishes with a quick melt. With 36 inches of cooking space, the infrared burners make this great for high volume use. 35,000 BTU burner with metal control valve and protective wire mesh screen to protect the burner. A heavy-duty spring and slide out mechanism allows for easy maneuvering of the tray.
