This Imperial IRB-36 Countertop Gas Charbroiler is the ideal unit for indoor cooking and getting char marks on your meat and fish, especially when an actual grill isn't as convenient in the kitchen. It is designed to fit on your commercial kitchen countertop and made of heavy gauge stainless steel for longevity and durability when cooking even at high volume and in the busiest of kitchens. The broiler surface also comes as a slant for better temperature control. Each burner is located 6 inches apart with individual controls. The (6) cool-to-the-touch control knobs are made of durable cast aluminum with a Valox heat protecting grip. Standard cast iron radiants provide maximum heat retention while the reversible cast iron top grates provide attractive char markings. A large 5 inch stainless steel landing ledge is ideal for plating. Also, each top grate blade has a cast-in grease trough that allows excess fat to flow to the front, full width grease gutter which minimizes flare ups.
