This open burner hotplate was designed with continuous anti-clogging pilots for instant ignition every time. The front and back grates are made of heavy duty cast iron, and lift off for easy cleaning. The (6) cool-to-the-touch control knobs are made of durable cast aluminum with a Valox™ heat protecting grip.
