The Hoshizaki CR72A Steelheart Series Low-Profile Refrigerated Equipment Stand makes it easy to increase productivity by keeping your refrigerated ingredients and cooking equipment in one, convenient location. This unit supports up to 1200 pounds of equipment and includes (4) stainless steel drawers. Each drawer accommodates (2) 12 by 20 by 6 inch deep pans (sold separately).
The dependable 1/5 HP compressor motor distributes air evenly throughout the drawers and around the food product in the pans. The CR72A cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, a material that resists the random damage normal in a commercial kitchen or business. This side-mounted refrigerator includes a LED temperature controller / display and is self-contained. The unit comes standard with (6) 4 inch casters and an 8 foot cord.
