Tenderize the toughest cut of meat with ease. The Hobart 4822-34 Electric Meat Tenderizer features 1.5 HP motor and 12-20 pounds per minute capacity with stainless steel pan and housing. Various chop end and pan options are available. Ideal for "on demand" meat chopping for processing fresh, boned meat and can be fed at a rapid pace with continuous chopping action and no crushing or mashing of the meat.
