The AcuVide 1000 Immersion Circulator was created with commercial kitchens in mind.
An easy-to-read, digital display shows remaining cook time and water temperature in Fahrenheit or Celcius within one tenth of a degree. Safety features including audible alarm, auto shut-off, stamped water level marks and high/low water alert help ensure a smooth and safe operating kitchen.
The AcuVide 1000 is easy to clean with a removable, stainless steel housing that is dishwasher safe and touchpad controls that are flush with the unit's surface.
