It also includes a stainless steel bowl and the body of this mixer is constructed with rigid cast aluminum. The mixer also includes a polycarbonate splash cover with ingredient chute, a stainless steel flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, stainless steel spiral dough hook, and a spatula.
