The Globe GSM175 Spiral Mixer delivers quality and quantity. With traditional European design, large batches of dough are perfectly mixed by developing the gluten structure slowly and reducing heat caused by friction. Spiral mixers give dough just the right amount of kneading by only mixing a portion at a time, allowing the remaining dough to rest. Perfect for bakeries, pizzerias, commissaries and more! This mixer is crafted of all metal construction with an FDA approved white powder coat. The unit has 2 fixed speeds, manual and automatic controls with dual 20-minute electronic timer for automatic shifting from 1st to 2nd speed. Mixer comes standard with steel wire form interlocked bowl guard, stainless steel bowl and spiral dough hook. Includes a 10.5 foot power cord.
