Mix that normal to heavy batter with ease and contentment without breaking a sweat or pulling a muscle. This cast aluminum attachment fits a 80-quart mixing bowl and is compatible with Old Style Hobart Mixers, however not for the Hobart Legacy Series. NSF approved.
