Cambro PCU800HH Pro Cart Ultra Hot Food Pan Carrier safely maintains food temperatures in the kitchen or on location. Holds temperatures between 150F (65,6C) to 165F (73,9C) with gentle, non-radiant heat. The touchscreen interface allows for temperature adjustments from 70F (21C) to 185F (85C).
Constructed with convenient front loading design, nylon paddle-style latches and spring loaded magnetic door catch. Measures 21.9 inches wide by 34 inches deep and 59 inches tall. Includes four 6 inch heavy duty casters (2 total locking, 2 no lock pin), eight 4 inch deep GN 1/1 food pans. 115V/50/60/1-ph, 507 watts, 4.43 amps.
