Store, transport and serve all in one pan using Cambro's 24LPCW110 Camwear 1/2 Size Long Food Pan. Made of virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate, this pan will not crack, bend or dent. Camwear pans keep contents as cold as stainless steel pans at half the cost and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). It is precisely designed to Gastronorm GN specifications. The non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and promotes easy cleaning. Its uniform 1/2 inch flange ensures the right fit in prep tables and food bars. This food pan can stack neatly, without wedging or sticking. Measures at 4 inches deep by 20-7/8 inches long by 6-3/8 inches wide with a 5.3 quart capacity.
