Use the Cambro 20CWL135 Camwear Food Pan Flip Lid to cover cold or warm foods held in food pans. The lid opening flips up to easily access contents without removing lid from the pan. Lid helps to keep food fresh and reduces risk of cross contamination. Made of virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate and will withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). This lid measures at 12-3/4 inches long by 10-7/16 inches wide and fits 1/2 size food pans.
