The Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C Bakerlux Half Size Proofer for LED and TOUCH Panel Ovens is crafted of stainless steel construction with clear glass doors and adjustable legs. It holds (8) half size sheet pans (not included). The oven & proofer are controlled by the oven control panel (proofer requires separate power outlet from oven).

This proofer measures at 35-7/16 inches in height by 23-5/8 inches in width by 28 inches in depth. 208-240v/60/1-ph, 1300 watts, 5.5 amps, NEMA 6-15P (Note: not designed for stand-alone use), requires water hookup, NSF, MET to UL & CSA standards.
