This heavy duty, full height cabinet features an air baffle and circulating air blower that provides even heat distribution. With its easy dual proof / heat control, proof mode has humidity from 30%-100% with temperatures up to 115F, while heat mode has nominal temperatures up to 185F. Features an easy to read LED thermometer, removable control drawer, lift-off clear door, corner bumpers and aluminum construction. Cabinet is set on (4) swivel plate casters with polyurethane tread (2 braked) and measures at 66-3/4 inches tall by 21-1/2 inches wide by 32 inches long.
