The Winco AXHB-24 Heavy Duty Aluminum Brazier is ideal for braising meats, sautéing vegetables, or cooking your signature soups and sauces. Its wide cooking surface gives you plenty of even heat conduction leaving you with quality food products with each use. Even under high heats and high volume cooking, this brazier can withstand the heavy kitchen abuses due to its heavily reinforced edges. Reinforced edges prevents the tops of the brazier from warping and dents from utensils being banged on the edges during cooking. This 24 quart, 6 mm thick brazier measures at 5-1/4 inches deep with a 19-5/16 inch diameter (18-13/16 inch inner diameter).
