Vulcan VIR2 Salamander Broiler is a heavy duty double deck commercial kitchen broiler. Features 2 infinite heat controls per deck to adjust temperature for a variety of menu options, spring balanced 5 position grid for raising and lowering, cold rolled steel grid bars for marking and two 25 1/2 inch square cooking grid area.

Constructed of stainless steel front, top and sides on 6 inch stainless steel legs, 1 inch rear gas manifold with regulator, 200,000 BTU, NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame. One year limited parts and labor warranty.
