Vulcan's 36RB Salamander Broiler quickly melts cheese, browns breadcrumbs and finishes meat quickly and efficiently. Equipped with six 11,000 BTU/hr bar type burners with stainless steel radiants, standing pilot ignition system, 3/4 top gas connection and gas pressure regulator. Features cool-to-the-touch knob on lever to provide positive positioning of the broiler carriage.

Constructed of industrial stainless steel front, top and sides. This item measures 36 inches wide by 19 inches deep and 17.63 inches tall with a 27.5 inch wide a by 13 inch deep broiling grid. CSA, NSF
