The Victorinox 7-inch Santoku knife combines the features of a cleaver with a chef's knife. This knife has a granton edge design made with high carbon stainless steel along with a rosewood handle built for balance and comfort. The three rivets in the handle is also made for extra durability when cutting and chopping. The high carbon stainless steel retains the blades' sharpness much longer and is essentially corrosion free.
