The True TWT-27F One Section Work Top Freezer is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The back of the unit is a matching finished aluminum. The top and back splash are a one piece formed construction preventing bacteria and food particles from being trapped underneath.  The (1) door freezer is designed with self-closing doors that offer a 90 degree stay open feature. With a capacity of 6.5 cubic feet, the cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The (2) heavy duty shelves are PVC coated and adjustable on ½ inch increments. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. The TWT-27F is equipped with (4) 5-inch casters. The (2) front casters lock for easy maneuverability.  Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream, the TWT-27F boasts an extra-large evaporator coil to maintain -10°F (-23.3°C) cabinet temperatures. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True work top units a more efficient, low velocity, high volume airflow design.
