The SLES/20SC Silverstar Convection Oven is a double deck, electric oven with 72,000 BTU's per deck for quick temperature recovery. This standard depth model comes with standard solid state thermostatic controls that adjust from 140F to 500F and a 60 minute cook timer. The 60/40 dependent doors are constructed with energy saving, high efficiency glass windows and a dual door seal system. This unit accommodates one full size, 18 by 26 inch, sheet pan per oven rack from left to right in the oven.

Constructed of aluminized steel rear, stainless steel front, top and sides with 6 inch legs. Oven interior measures 29 inches wide by 21.5 inches deep and 20 inches tall. Two 1/2 HP, two 12kW, Energy Star, CSA, NSF.
