This 3/4 inch polished griddle features 3 thermostatic Piezo ignition U-style burners at 30,000 BTU with front-access pilots and provide flame every 6 inches on the griddle surface. It also boasts a temperature range of 200 degrees to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, helping you to easily control cooking temperatures.

For your convenience this griddle also features a 4 inch high backsplash and sidesplash the help prevent grease from splattering everywhere and a 3-1/4 inch front grease trough and a removable, stainless grease catch pan, making clean up quick and easy. Included are 4 inch adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs, that provide stability when placed atop your commercial countertop, double walled stainless steel construction with insulated side panels, and the extended cool to touch front edge also gives added safety assurance.
