The safest way to discard frying oil without any messy spills and code violation. The Frymaster PSDU50 50 pounds is used to safely discard used oil from your commercial deep fryers. Its heavy duty manual pump and one-way valve is easy to use and can suction 50 pounds of oil in less than a minute. As an additional feature, it comes with a 9.6-inch drain height open cover to fit under most frypots for direct draining. Built with 7-inch caster wheels for durable oil transport across uneven terrain. Oil should be cooled to 120° F (49° C) or less for safe, trouble-free disposal. Shortening / oil, 50 lb. capacity, manual pump, 9-5/8" drain height, 7" casters.
