The Equipex Panini VG/1 Sodir-Roller Speed Panini Grill has a grooved top and smooth bottom of vitroceramic plates which creates even heat distribution and easy cleanability. The removable toasting collar creates a heat chamber to reduce toasting, warming and cooking times. It comes standard with a removable crumb tray and a 3 position programmable electronic timer. Features faster preheat and cook times that are thermostatically controlled up to 570F for continuous sandwich toasting.
