The Equipex FC-60G/1 Pinnacle Convection Oven/Broiler is a large half size convection oven with broiler that has a four shelf capacity. It comes standard with (4) wire racks and can hold up to (4) half size sheet pans (not included). The rear fan and heater assembly creates a true convection pattern for unique air flow design which ensures quick and uniform baking. High speed quartz infrared elements reach almost 1100F in almost 25 seconds. This oven features a 120 minute timer, interior light, a selector knob to switch between convection, broil, or cool down mode and is thermostatically controlled up to 570F.
