Use the Cambro 30HPLN150 H-Pan High Heat Notched Food Pan Flip Lid are designed to support HACCP guidelines by keeping hot food protected on service lines and prep stations between servings. Lid flips up to easily access contents without removing lid from the pan. Lid helps to keep food fresh and reduces risk of cross contamination. Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C). This notched lid measures at 12-3/4 inches long by 6-15/16 inches wide and fits 1/3 size food pans.
