Cambro"s 23SL StoreSafe Food Rotation Labels make it easy for kitchens to implement HACCP programs and keep-up-to-date with inventory by controlling a first-in, first-out system. These labels can be used in freezers up to -40 degrees Fahrenheit or in microwaves and containers with temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 4 hours.
When you"re ready to remove, just hold the biodegradable labels under cold or hot water, and watch them dissolve in 30 seconds or less. Other added bonuses, since they dissolve, you"re not left with a sticky residue or harmful bacteria stuck to the outside of your container; and they won"t clog or damage your drainage system!
