Cambro"s 23SL StoreSafe Food Rotation Labels make it easy for kitchens to implement HACCP programs and keep-up-to-date with inventory by controlling a first-in, first-out system. These labels can be used in freezers up to -40 degrees Fahrenheit or in microwaves and containers with temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 4 hours.
When you"re ready to remove, just hold the biodegradable labels under cold or hot water, and watch them dissolve in 30 seconds or less.
