Its ideal for places with minimal countertop spaces; buffet line, concession stand or cafeteria to keep the perfect heat temperate while serving wet or dry food. It features a unique serpentine shaped heating element that evenly distributes heat throughout the unit. For durability and longevity, both exterior and interior liner are made with heavy-duty stainless steel. This unit holds up to 22 quart of capacity.This food warmer does not require a lot of counter space. One 12" x 20" pan opening, wet and dry operation, thermostatic controls, "W" shaped, low resistance heating element, stainless steel construction, 9(h) x 14.5(w) x 22.5(d).
