The dual-compartment Alto Shaam 1000-TH-I Halo Heat Dual Compartment Cook & Hold Oven is ideal for cooking and holding large volumes of food in a limited amount of space. Expand menus and maximize production with independent control over time and temperatures in each compartment. Precise, radiant heat leads to significant moisture retention that extends holding time and improves flavor. Each compartment is controlled by (1) simple control with an on/off power switch. Features a cook temperature knob with an adjustable cook range of 200F to 325F (94C to 160C) and a hold temperature knob with a range if 60F to 205F (16C to 96C). Its control features indicator lights for the cook function, hold function, and when the oven is calling for heat.
Its Halo Heat technology provides a controlled, uniform heat source that maintains precise temperatures throughout the holding process. Unlike traditional heated holding or low temperature cooking technologies, temperatures created by Halo Heat technology dont fluctuate to extremes. This gentle, radiant heat evenly surrounds food without the use of extremely hot elements, added humidity or fans.
This unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and includes stainless steel doors with magnetic latch. Each compartment is equipped with (2) stainless steel side racks with (8) pan positions spaced at 2-5/16 inch centers, (3) stainless steel wire shelves, (1) stainless steel drip pan with drain, and (1) external drip tray. Comes with (1) set of 5 inch heavy duty casters - 2 rigid, and 2 swivel with brake.
