The Hobart EDGE-13 Manual Meat Slicer is efficient, economical and easy to clean. This slicer is designed for medium duty slicing which is an average of 4 hours per day. It features a large product tray and slide rod for feeding larger loaves. It has a 1/2 HP motor to slice cheese and meat with no shredding. The wide carriage span delivers a smooth glide. It also features a removable ceramic sharpening stone to let you sharpen and hone in 15 seconds, and clean up just as easily.
