Vulcan VC44ED VC Series Convection Oven provides high volume output with great results. The double deck, 25 kw total convection ovens operate with solid state temperature controls that adjust from 150F to 500F. Independently operated stainless steel doors have double pane windows with cool-to-the-touch handles.
Constructed with standard depth, solid state controls, 60 minute timer with audible alarm per oven, oven cool switch for rapid cool down, independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows, porcelain enamel on steel oven interiors, 5 nickel plated racks per oven, stainless steel front, top & sides, stainless steel 8 inch high legs, two 1/2 HP 2-speed oven blower motors, 12 kW each section.
