Montague comes through once again with this high performance, Range Mount Montague SB36-BHS Technostar 36" Heavy Duty Natural Gas Salamander. It uses a rapid start infrared ceramic tile burner rated at 32,000 BTUs/hr to generate intense infrared heat to cook quickly and efficiently with minimal shrinkage. It features stainless steel front, sides, top and bottom and remaining exterior black. One piece nickel plated steel cooking grid 26-3/4"W x 13-1/8". is counter balanced for easy height adjustment. The infinite grid adjustment is from 2" to 5". It has a positive locking lift handle with a cool ball-style grip. Quite ball bearing mounted pull out grid assembly. Full width grease deflector under rollout grid. Large, removable full width grease drawer. 1" high broiler flu riser, 1/2" Natural Gas connection at upper right rear. Full flow ON/Off operation with standing pilot for automatic ignition. NSF. CSA Design Certified. Made in Hayward, CA.
