The American Range AF-50HE is a high efficiency 50 pound deep fryer. Designed with an energy efficient baffle system with special alloy metal diffuser located in the burner tube for better heat transfer. All stainless steel front and sides, with heavy gauge stainless steel tank and burner rated at 75,000 BTU/hr.
