Use the Cambro RFS22PP190 Round Storage Container to store ingredients or transport ready-to-serve o r partially prepared foods. Its round shape promotes proper air circulation around the container and its easy to read imprinted graduations on the outside for inventory at a glance. The molded-in holes in the handles are for quick and sanitary drying. Made of translucent material that is both durable and resistant to stains and withstands temperatures from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C). This container is stain-resistant to food acids and oils. Measures at 15 inches tall by 13-1/2 inches top diameter with a 22 quart capacity. (Lid sold separately)
